A sovereign fighter for Europe
Strigoi is a stealthy, high-subsonic combat aircraft designed for air superiority and point defense. It is jet-powered, carries its weapons in an internal bay, and is shaped for low radar cross-section across the engagement envelope it was built for. It exists to make the missions where decisions are measured in milliseconds survivable for the side flying the aircraft.

AI at the core
SAI — Strigoi Autonomy Intelligence — runs on board. Mission autonomy executes inside authorized envelopes when the link to Zalmoxis is degraded, so a contested link does not end the mission. The inference stack is trained on representative scenarios and hardened against the operational conditions European forces will actually encounter, then updated through verified releases the customer can audit.
Sovereign by design
The supply chain is European: designed for European manufacturing, with airframe assembly and final integration in Romania. Zalmoxis runs on infrastructure the customer owns, no telemetry leaves the customer’s network, and the platform is source-available to government clients. Kalkan is registered in the NATO Codification System under NCAGE 1JY4L, with an EMAR 21J Design Organisation Approval in preparation with the Romanian military airworthiness authority.

SAI — Strigoi Autonomy Intelligence
On-aircraft edge inference. It flies the aircraft inside the envelope the operator authorized, on board, without waiting for the ground.
How SAI worksZalmoxis (ZXS)
Ground-side mission command. The operator sets the mission, the boundaries, and the rules of engagement, and holds the authority to hold, divert, or recover at any point.
